- Cancellation more than 45 days prior to hotel arrival: full refund
of deposit less US$150 cancellation fee.
- Cancellation less than 45 days prior to hotel arrival: penalty
of two nights and US$150 cancellation fee.
- Cancellation on or after check-in date are non-refundable. |

No-Shows are non-refundable. |

3 BR/3 BA Villa rates are based on six person occupancy.

Sea Breeze Villa, Caribbean Soul Villa, Brushstrokes
Villa, and Villa Watina maximum allowable occupancy is six persons.

|
Villa Solemar and Villa Del Mar maximum allowable
occupancy is eight persons. |
|
Complimentary daily breakfast for up to six guests
is included in the base rate. |
|
3 BR/3 BA Villas include use of kitchen, living
room, dining room, private verandah and swimming pool. |
|
Each additional adult over 18yrs is US$50 per night,
children 3-17 years are US$25 and infants 0-2 stay free of charge.
Additional person charges include complimentary daily breakfast.
A maximum of two infants will stay free, European Plan, in Villa
when accompanied by one or two full paying adults and using existing
bedding. |

Cribs are availble at no additional cost but have
to be requested at time of booking. |
