An overnight trip may be planned to Tikal, one of the largest Ancient Mayan Ruin sites located just over the border in Guatemala.

The Belize Zoo is located 30 miles from Belize City. It is situated on 29 acres of tropical savanna and has more than 125 native animals on exhibit. At the zoo you will have an opportunity to see animals, such as the Jaguar, Puma, Kinkajou, Peccary, Howler Monkeys, Harpy Eagle, Scarlet Macaw, Tapir, and Spider Monkeys
